We hope you are pleased with your purchase! However, we realize sometimes things don't work out. An exchange or store credit may be issued within 14 days from the purchase date. No refunds; exchange or store credit only.

Sale Items are final; cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Joetta’s, 2 Financial Plaza, Suite 810; Huntsville, Texas 77340. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
